YEREVAN. - The prosecutor of Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts Aram Grigoryan committed suicide on Tuesday, the spokesperson for Prosecutor General Sona Truzyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to her, the prosecutor’s body was found in Vanadzor city cemetery near the grave of his mother. Suicide has been committed from the government-issued Makarov pistol.

A criminal case has been instituted. Special Investigation service took on the preliminary investigation.

Grigoryan was 37 years old, a father of three children. Grigoryan has worked in the prosecutor’s office of Kentron and Nork-Marash only for a month. Prior to that, he served as a military prosecutor.
