Russian President Vladimir Putin held an operational meeting with members of the Security Council, the participants exchanged views before the meeting of the Russian leader with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said, RIA Novosti reports.
“Putin held an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council. The meeting participants exchanged views in the context of the upcoming Russian-Turkish high-level talks,” Peskov said.
