Beijing has announced it is ending cooperation with the US in a number of areas, including dialogue between senior military leaders, in response to US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan this week.
China's Foreign Ministry also said it was suspending climate talks with the United States, as well as cooperation on preventing cross-border crime and repatriating illegal migrants, among eight specific measures.
