Russia's days as a regional power are coming to an end. I strongly advise Georgia to take this seriously and stop flirting with Russia.
Republican Adam Kinzinger, co-chair of the Group of Friends of Georgia in the US Congress, commented on reports that Lev Dengov, an adviser to the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, was seen in Tbilisi.
Dengov is the husband of a Russian pop star of Georgian origin Keti Topuria.
