Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji said that Iran and Russia are negotiating and concluding agreements that should be implemented as soon as possible, IRNA reported.
Javad Owji met today in Tehran with Russian presidential aide Igor Levitin.
Owji said at the meeting that he has visited Russia several times and agreements and memorandums were concluded during these visits.
He also expressed the hope that these agreements will soon be implemented.
According to him, Iran and Russia have good opportunities and potential in the fields of energy, transportation, industry and trade, and Iran is keen that these solutions will be implemented.
