At 7:59am on Thursday, the Lori provincial crisis management center of Armenia received information that an accident had occurred on the Spitak-Vanadzor motorway, and there were injured and persons stuck in vehicles.

It was found out that a Chrysler and a Volkswagen had crashed on the Spitak-Vanadzor motorway, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, Volkswagen passenger V. A. (born in 1987) was pulled out of the car by local efforts and taken to the Spitak town hospital, where the doctors said the patient is in severe condition.

And the rescuers took out the dead body of driver D. Ch. (born in 1994) from the Volkswagen.
