Russia has increased military activity in the North Atlantic and the Arctic, and this is an obstacle to NATO action in this region, Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the Western military bloc, told the strategic challenge for the alliance in an article for the Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail.
"Russia’s ability to disrupt Allied reinforcements across the North Atlantic is a strategic challenge to the Alliance," he said.
