The volume of construction in Armenia continues to grow, both on the account of budget projects (schools, hospitals, etc.), as well as residential buildings and private construction, according to a research by the Eurasian Expert Club.

Thus, since July 1, the income tax refund program for mortgage loan buyers is gradually reducing in Armenia. In this regard, the developers have created the maximum meterage to sell later.

According to this research, the volume of construction in Armenia increased by 12.7 percent in January-June 2022 compared to the same period last year.
