MARTUNI. – Martuni police was informed on Monday that Vigen Gh., 40, hit and run Ripsik H., 78, with his Ford Transit vehicle at 01.00 p.m. The old woman was injured and taken to hospital. The driver escaped the scene.
Police found Vigen Gh. and his car at Vayots Dzor region and arrested him, police press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Investigation is underway.
