The participants in the incident that took place at night in Vedi town of Ararat Province are Turkish citizens, the Investigative Committee of Armenia told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"The participants in the incident are Turkish citizens—spouses," reports the Investigative Committee.
They added that materials are being prepared regarding this incident, but did not provide other details.
