A young woman threw herself off the Victory Bridge in Yerevan Monday. Hayk Kostanyan, spokesperson of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

The rescuers, doctors, and police patrol officers who were dispatched to the scene found this young woman under the aforesaid bridge—in the water.

The doctors administered first aid to her, after which she was taken to a hospital.

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has launched proceedings into this incident.
