At the crash site of a Cessna plane in the Baltic, Latvian rescuers found, presumably, human remains. According to the LSM portal with reference to the head of the Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center Peteris Saturday, they have been submitted for examination.

Earlier, the Bild newspaper, citing its own information, reported that a small Cessna plane en route from Spain to Cologne crashed into the Baltic Sea near Ventspils.

According to the newspaper, there were four people on board, and the fighter pilots of Spain and France, who were taken into the air, could not see anyone on the aircraft. According to Spanish media, the plane was the owner of the air taxi and medical aircraft company Quick Air, Karl-Peter Grisemann, along with his family. The plane did not have a "black box" that would help establish the causes of the accident, the investigation will continue.
