Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis called Turkey's threats unacceptable. During a meeting with Slovak President Zuzana Caputova, Mitsotakis reiterated that Greece's unwavering position is dialogue based on international law, international maritime law and good neighborly relations.

He also underscored that it is unacceptable for Greece to receive threats, including doubts about its sovereignty from a country that is a NATO ally.

NEWS.am reported earlier that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has in the past few days repeatedly voiced threats against Greece, not ruling out an attack on the EU and NATO member state. Today Erdogan warned Greece of a possible strike at any moment. "I think Athens will henceforth analyze future steps in relations with Turkey. Otherwise, as I said before, there could be a strike at any moment," Erdogan said.
