The U.S. must hold Azerbaijan accountable, Senator Chris Van Hollen tweeted.
"Azerbaijan — which has acknowledged its strikes — must immediately halt these attacks against Armenia and the U.S. must hold it accountable. This conflict cannot be resolved by violence," he tweeted.
