Azerbaijan and Armenia are only at the beginning of the path of reconciliation, Denis Gonchar, director of the fourth department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"Obviously, we are only at the beginning of the difficult path of reconciliation between the two countries. Achieving sustainable results will take time and significant efforts from both sides," he said.
