The observation mission of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will arrive in Armenia on September 15, said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan the in National Assembly.
According to him, Armenia's application has been duly discussed in the CSTO Council.
"A decision has been made to send an observation mission, and we hope the mission will arrive as early as tomorrow," Mirzoyan said.
The FM noted that the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Armenia was met with strictly targeted condemnation by the international community in most cases.
"The statements from a number of countries and organizations are not as targeted and direct as we would like them to be, but the work has been ongoing and will continue," the Minister said.
