Two schools were damaged in Gegharkunik Province of Armenia as a result of Azerbaijan's military aggression. Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan told about this to a press conference on Monday.

Also, she informed about the implementation of repair works and the plans to resume the educational process at these schools.

The official added that the extent of the damage was being assessed.

Andreasyan considered the targeting of educational institutions unacceptable.

"We, through the MFA, have informed our international associates about these destructions," the deputy minister emphasized.
