MOSCOW. – The Board of Directors decided to elect Ruben Vardanyan the Chairman of the Russian Venture Company.

“Russian venture branch is still to be developed. I hope my knowledge and experience will accelerate the process and contribute to its effectiveness,” Vardanyan stated.

Russian Venture Company elected new Board of Directors of 7 members on June 30 this year, Venture News reports. Vardanyan is also the Chairman of Board of Directors of “Troika Dialog” company in Russia and the Boards of Directors of the Ameria Bank in Armenia.
