On the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day today the Iset Tower in Yekaterinburg was painted in the colors of the Armenian flag. According to the Armenian Embassy in Russia, this was the result of an initiative by the Armenian Honorary Consul's office in Ekaterinburg.
Iset Tower is the tallest building in Russia outside Moscow and St. Petersburg. The 209 meter tall building is located in the very heart of the Ural capital, on the territory of the Yekaterinburg-CITI business district.
