Azerbaijan’s latest attacks on Armenia are unacceptable, US Congressman Jim Costa in a speech on the House of Representatives floor. 

Addressing the speaker, Costa said: "Let me also rise today to condemn Azerbaijan’s attack on Armenia. Nearly 204 Armenian troops are confirmed killed. It was an attack on sovereign territory. Speaker [Nancy - ed.] Pelosi visited Armenia as a symbol of the United States' commitment to peaceful prosperous Armenia," he said.

"That’s why I’m pushing to include de-mining assistance and another aid for Armenia and Artsakh in the fiscal year 2023 budget. We must stand with the people of Armenia for all the right reasons," he added.
