YEREVAN. - All responsible for the incidents in the Armenian army must be found and punished strictly, said Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.

The reasons for each incident should be revealed, and the guilty of tragic incidents must bear responsibility, he added.

Each incident is a tragedy for relatives and leadership of the armed forces.

“Not a single crime and emergency situation will remain unpunished,” Armenian MOD stressed.

He said that the number of incidents reduced during the first half of 2011 as compared with the last year. Not only criminal cases but internal investigations are held.
