The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will hold debates on military actions between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including strikes on settlements and civil infrastructures during the autumn session.
The autumn session began in Strasbourg today and will continue until 14 October. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy will speak at the session
Michael D. Higgins, President of Ireland, and Ignazio Cassis, President of the Swiss Confederation, and Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania, will also address the session.
