The terrorist attacks on the main gas pipelines Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 are organized by those who have already resorted to such sabotage and have been "caught by the hand," but remained unpunished; those who want to break Europe's ties with Russia and "get their hands on the market," said Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reported.

"And who is behind the sabotage of the Nord Streams? Obviously, someone who seeks to finally sever ties between Russia and the European Union, wants to finally undermine and finish off Europe's political entity, weaken its industrial potential, and take over the market," Putin said.

"Despite sanctions pressure and sabotage on infrastructure, we do not intend to give up our positions," Putin said.
