After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the so-called collective West, drunk by its victory, lost control, and could not figure out the function of the global regulator. This was announced by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, RIA Novosti reports.
According to him, the whole world is paying for all that now.
Lukashenko noted that the West's practice of plotting coups in other countries and sanctions has the risk of the third world war.
He added that the answer to this should be unequivocal, it is unacceptable, and carries the risk of inciting the third world war.
