The minister of foreign affairs of Turkey has announced that he is ready to meet with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, RIA Novosti reported.

"We are always ready for such a meeting; such a meeting took place at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum. There are no problems for us, but there is no clarity about the timeframes [of this meeting] at the moment," said Mevlut Cavusoglu at a press conference held in Istanbul.

According to him, the special representatives of Turkey and Armenia are in contact to hold their next meeting within the framework of the process of normalization of relations between the two countries.

"As I have already said, an agreement has been reached that from now on these meetings will be held either in the territory of Turkey or Armenia," emphasized the head of Turkish diplomacy.
