European Council President Charles Michel welcomed the rapid deployment of the EU mission on Armenia's border.
"Welcome rapid deployment of monitoring capacity in Armenia along its international border with Azerbaijan following meeting with the Armenian Prime Minister and the presidents of Azerbaijan and France.
Will help build confidence & allow EU to better support border commissions which will convene shortly in Brussels," he tweeted.
