Recently active meetings have been organized with Azerbaijani representatives, and Armenia is ready and will do its best to continue working with the same intensity to really establish a stable, long-term and fair peace in the region, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a joint press conference with Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt in Yerevan on Tuesday.
"In this regard, our expectations and attitudes have not changed.
Another thing is that in parallel with these negotiations we constantly see unconstructive, I would say, maximalistic behavior on the part of Azerbaijan, as well as the desire and attempt to influence these negotiations through the use of force or the threat of its use.
Only in this interpretation do I see Azerbaijan's latest aggression. We know that before that there was another aggression, and before that there was another provocative action, as well as rhetoric. Obviously, such actions are not conducive to a constructive atmosphere and constructive negotiations. We believe that final solutions must be reached at the negotiating table. We are ready to continue these efforts," Mirzoyan said.
