Armenian MPs met with European Parliament colleagues, and reflected on Azerbaijan's recent attack on Armenia's sovereign territory, the Republic of Armenia National Assembly (RA NA) informed.

The Head of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Arman Yeghoyan, and the Deputy Chair of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Arusyak Julhakyan met with the Chair of the Delegation for Relations with South Caucasus Marina Kaljurand, the Coordinator of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Socialists and Democrats Group, the Member of the European Parliament Tonino Picula, the Members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Friendship group with Armenia Klemen Groselj and Fabio Massimo Castaldo.

A number of matters related to the further deepening of Armenia-EU relations were at the core of the meetings.

Also, the interlocutors reflected on the recent attack of Azerbaijan on the sovereign territory of Armenia, and discussed the current situation and the ways out of it.
