On Wednesday, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan received Ruben Vardanyan, a philanthropist, public and political figure.
On the same day, he had a meeting with Foreign Ministry staff.
The MFA press service informed NEWS.am that they discussed a wide range of issues related to Artsakh's foreign policy, regional processes, and settlement of the Karabakh-Azerbaijan conflict.
David Babayan welcomed Vardanyan's decision to move to Artsakh and take part in its development and strengthening, stressing the importance of the decision from both political and moral perspectives.
The Minister expressed gratitude to Vardanyan for his consistent support to Artsakh and noted the need to actively involve figures with an Artsakh-centric approach and national mentality in the public and political life of the republic during this difficult period.
