Russian troops have struck the military control facilities and energy systems of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, official spokesman of the Russian Defense Ministry, said.

"During the day, the Russian Armed Forces continued strikes with long-range precision-guided air and sea-based weapons against the military administration and energy systems of Ukraine," the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman said.

According to the data he cited, Russian forces struck seven AFU control points during the day.
