Tonight Azerbaijan increased the caliber of ceasefire violation against Armenian armed forces—at this time using also mortars. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Minister of State Artak Beglaryan announced this on Twitter Thursday morning, disseminating the earlier respective statement by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
