In Irkutsk, Russia, bandits cut off the arms of an Armenian and shot him in the legs, the Investigative Committee of Russia reported.
According to the investigation, the plotter of this crime is Miro Miroyan, 35, who brutally tortured this man—and with his accomplices—on September 1.
Then, they cut off his hands with a machete, and shot his legs.
But, ultimately, the victim managed to escape.
All attackers are also Armenians, according to a source of Lenta.ru.
The reason for this incident was a dispute over 500 thousand rubles (approx. US$ 8,100) and a car.
The criminals tried to escape, but the police and the Federal Security Service officers quickly apprehended two of them.
The court ruled that the two suspects be arrested.
The plotter of this crime is being sought.
The victim is in the hospital.
