The United Kingdom imposed sanctions on three Iranian military personnel and a defense manufacturer for allegedly supplying drones to Russia.
The sanctions were imposed against Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, head of the Iranian General Staff, Seyed Hojatollah Qureishi, Deputy Minister of Defense, and Saeed Aghajani, commander of the IRGC.
These three are "personally responsible" for providing the drones that were used to strike Ukraine, Britain claims.
The Foreign Office said Britain would freeze the assets of Shahed Aviation Industries, an Iranian manufacturer of Shahed drones.
