Russian missiles and Iranian-made drones have destroyed more than a third of Ukraine's energy sector, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Tuesday during a video conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine, Reuters reported.

"Russia is destroying everything so that it is harder for us to get through the winter," Zelenskiy said at the conference.
