Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko suggested a consistent mechanism of approach to the issues raised at the extraordinary session of the CSTO Collective Security Council. First, the troika would hold in-depth and substantive negotiations, and then the CSTO parties would return to discussing in person at the next summit of the organization, which should take place literally in a month in Yerevan. And then a decision will be made.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posed several questions to his colleagues: about the assessment of events and CSTO position, as well as about the CSTO roadmap to "restore Armenia's territorial integrity.

"In November of this year, that is literally in a month, we will meet not on television, as now, but in Yerevan within the CSTO. Why can't we hear the reports and reports on how events will develop, first of all with regard to the Armenia-Azerbaijan-Russia meeting? There will be a meeting of the troika, the main center of power for the normalization of relations. Where are we chasing horses, where are we rushing to? Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia should in this period once again, if necessary (and I emphasize that they agreed to sit down at the negotiating table), analyze the situation. And report to us in person at the CSTO meeting. And then we will make a decision," said Alexander Lukashenko.
