80% of Kyiv consumers remain without a water supply after the Russian attack on the energy facility near the capital, mayor Vitaly Klitschko noted.

"Specialists of the Kievvodokanal are working to resume the work of water supply stations as quickly as possible. Because of the damage to the power facility near Kyiv, 80% of the capital's consumers remain without a water supply. Just in case, we ask you to stock up on water from the nearest pump rooms and outlets. Specialists are doing everything possible to return the water to the apartments of Kyiv citizens. Power engineers are also working to resume power supply to 350 thousand of apartments in Kyiv, which were left without light," said the mayor.

Later, Klitschko added that in three to four hours, the water supply will be restored to consumers on the left bank of Kyiv and partially on the right bank. Power supply has already been partially restored in the Desnianskyi district of the capital.
