The person accused of arson in a cafe in the Russian city of Kostroma has confessed, Gazeta reports.
A fire broke out in the aforesaid cafe Friday night.
The fire spread over an area of 3,500 square meters.
Fifteen people died as a result of the incident.
It was reported that the fire was caused by the use of pyrotechnics.
