A fair peace agreement is needed that would guarantee the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, Marina Kaljurand, head of the delegation for relations with the South Caucasus in the European Parliament, tweeted.

"Two years ago, the 2nd Nagorno-Karabakh war ended with a ceasefire agreement. It hasn't solved the conflict – only negotiations can. EU and the US mediation is becoming more and more important. A fair peace agreement, that will guarantee the rights and security of the Nagorno-Karabakh people, is needed." she wrote.
