GYUMRI. – Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) launches a range of demonstrations started on Saturday in Gyumri.

According to ARF, the party starts its struggle from the poorest region in Armenia. The party’s main intention is to dismiss the current authority and set up justice in the state.

ARF representative Artsvik Minasyan spoke on the social-economic situation in the state and the migration. A total of 78,000 Armenians left the state during the past two and a half years. Official data for poverty is 35 percent. However, it is 60 percent unofficially.

According to another ARF representative Vahan Hovhannisyan, the authority pyramid should be dismissed from the upper circles. It is high time for people to stand up and struggle together against the regime.
