Around 4 a.m., "presumably an unmanned aerial vehicle" blew up an oil depot in the village of Stalnaya Kon in the Oryol region, Governor Andrei Klychkov said, reports Kommersant.
According to him, there were no casualties. "All the operational services are working at the site," wrote the head of the region. He did not specify how damaged the oil depot was.
