The Security Service of Ukraine has put Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on the wanted list, RIA Novosti reported, citing the agency's database
According to the document, he is charged with two articles, including "waging aggressive war or aggressive military actions."
The Criminal Code of Ukraine noted that it provides Kadyrov for imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years.
