President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued a message to the participants of the special conference of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) on "Security and cooperation: the role of political parties" being held in Baku, and once again turn reality upside down.

“Historical experience shows that conflicts cannot last forever,” Aliyev said in his message. “Ensuring peace and security between Azerbaijan and Armenia based on international law and the principle of justice is a requirement of the period and time. From this standpoint, the exchange of knowledge and experience of political parties to contribute to international peace and security, expansion of opportunities for cooperation is commendable.”

But the person behind of such beautiful and extremely fair words puts a completely different meaning in them.

According to the perception of the president of Azerbaijan, "Ensuring peace and security between Azerbaijan and Armenia based on international law and the principle of justice" is the aggressive war of Azerbaijan against Armenia, the occupation of its territories, blackmail, and the threat of using force.
