He said there have been no changes since September. "There may have been some incidents, there is shooting, but in general there is no tension. The Azerbaijani side is carrying out engineering works," Grigoryan noted.
According to him, the European Union observation mission analyzes the situation, registers incidents and reports to its leadership. "We periodically hold meetings with them. They haven't said anything about extending the mission," the official stressed.
As for the remains of the dead servicemen left at the positions occupied by the Azerbaijanis, the governor could not say anything, urging to contact the Defense Ministry.
