It is quite natural that the normalization process of Armenian-Turkish relations is related to Azerbaijan, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said, touching upon the Armenian-Turkish relations and preconditions set by Ankara.

The Turkish Foreign Minister said Turkey and Azerbaijan have extended a hand of peace to Armenia, Milliyet newspaper reports.

"Negotiations on the settlement of relations must yield results," Cavusoglu said.

The "hand of peace" is presented as blackmail, provocation and aggression.
