YEREVAN. – Football in Armenia is gradually becoming more popular because its Football Federation (AFF) is making huge investments in football infrastructures, Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan noted at the beginning of today’s governmental session. He also congratulated the Armenian national squad on its two latest victories at EURO 2012 qualifiers.In PM’s view, the AFF and its president Ruben Hayrapetyan have a great contribution in the national team’s triumphs.       

Sargsyan also informed that the football tournament in memory of the late PM Andranik Margaryan came to a close on Wednesday, and this is yet another testament of football’s popularity in Armenia.
