The Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CoE), Marija Pejcinovic Buric, expresses concern for the humanitarian situation around the Lachin Corridor. Giuseppe Zaffuto, Spokesperson for the CoE Secretary General, has stated.
“Dialogue is key to avoid escalating tensions. CoE ready to assist reconciliation efforts between Armenia & Azerbaijan through confidence-building measures,” Zaffuto added on Twitter.
