GYUMRI. – Armenian deputy PM Armen Gevorgyan on Thursday visited Armenian Shirak region to participate in the first cultural exhibition-contest devoted to the 15th anniversary of local self-governmental system invested by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and the Ministry of Culture.
However, people of Maralik city closed Yerevan-Gyumri road, hindering the deputy PM’s way. They were mainly homeless people, who raised their social and housing issues to Gevorgyan.
