The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Azerbaijan is disseminating disinformation for the second time in one day. This was reported to Armenian News-NEWS.am by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) MOD press service.
Accordingly, Artsakh Defense Army units allegedly violated the ceasefire, specifically by opening fire at Azerbaijani positions at 8:10pm Thursday.
