Late last night, Armenia’s Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan had a conversation with Hans Kluge, the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Director for Europe, and briefed him about the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Avanesyan informed about this on Twitter.
“I am in constant contact with Mr. Kluge and updating him about the situation regularly,” the minister added.
