YEREVAN. – During a regular meeting of ruling Armenian Republican Party current political issues were discussed, including the resignation of the Head of Armenia’s presidential administration, Karen Karapetyan, MP Hovhannes Sahakyan told Armenian News-News.am reporter. 

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan also participated in the meeting.

“We discussed political-organizational issues, as parliament session will soon start” he said.

When asked, whether they have discussed the resignation of  Karen Karapetyan, he replied positively.

“However, there was nothing to talk about, just the fact that he wanted to resign. That was all and nothing extraordinary,” said Sahakyan. “There was not any conflict involved.”
